Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Tachkila and MyTachkila apps and websites (the “service”), provided by Tachkila (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a verification code or a password. Give accurate information, keep your credentials to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

2. Academies, parents and players

MyTachkila lets a football academy manage its teams, schedule, announcements, albums, competitions and fee records. The academy is responsible for the information it and its staff enter, and for having the right to share it, including information about children. Parents are responsible for the information they provide about their children.

3. Payments

MyTachkila does not process payments. Fees are agreed between you and your academy and are paid to the academy directly; the app only records and displays them.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit;
• upload photos or videos of people without the right or permission to share them;
• impersonate another person or misuse another person’s information;
• interfere with the service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or reverse engineer the apps;
• use the service for advertising or any purpose it was not designed for.

You can report content or behaviour that breaks these rules from our support page. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you upload. You give us permission to store it, display it to the people it is meant for inside your academy, and process it as needed to run the service.

6. Ending your use

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile in the app. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that cannot be limited.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
